People were friendly but never returned. We accepted a quote for a minimal job and heard nothing. After a month we called and they requoted us. Then nothing again. We waited another month and a half and finally decided to go with another company.

There seems to be some disconnect between the office and the personnel. This, unfortunately, cost them our business.
