Maintenance of mini-split units was thorough, checking and cleaning outdoor unit, in-house units (2) and batteries in remotes.

We signed up for the twice a year check of our heating and cooling systems, plus gas fireplace. It's worth it to have a professional check them, and Gropp has always done a great job. The visit from their technician a few days ago found a few problems with our gas fireplace which were fixed, a thorough cleaning was done, and the gas furnace was also maintained. In addition, he showed us a few new tips for our remote control for the fireplace. The technician we had was so personable, professional and courteous.

Gropp always sends staff that know our Furance, how to clean it and notify us of repairs needed. Staff are well trained. We feel we get excellent service from Gropp. The Brian Leffingwell family.
