They are awesome I can count on them always

Gropp Heating Air & Electric installed the HVAC system and the electrical system in my new house in 2022. I had them do a check of the HVAC in 2025 and found no issues. This year a problem appeared in the thermostat wiring and Gropp sent Travis out to diagnose and fix it. He was professional and friendly and took care of the problem. I won't be calling any other company to service my HVAC system.

Excellant Service. Presented an immediate need and they responded in immediate fashion. Office Staff (Angie) was understanding, professional, friendly, and sensitive to customer needs. Tech who responded the next morning was pleasant, polite, professional, skilled and timely in his performance of the needed repair. Overall, 5 Star performance. Looking forward to doing business in the future. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone for electrical repairs, upgrades and new installations.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gropp. For over 20 years, no part of their service has faltered. Always excellent. From Kathy and Angie in the office, all the way out to technician who promptly meets you.
