I use Gropp all the time for the HOA that I run. This is the first time that I used them for my personal condo. Angie got me connected to the right technician and he got me all set up in a timely fashion. They arrived on time, as always. They didn't mind that my cat was trying to help them! They answered all my questions. It was a simple job for them probably, but it meant a lot to me to get it done at a reasonable price. They wired new ends into my wired fire alarm boxes and put in new ceiling mounts and put up the new alarms. I did not want to use adaptors for my new wired fire alarms. They are a great company.

Erik was on time, professional and very thorough. Instead of going with the first possible solution, he dug deeper and found the root cause…saving us a lot of money. Erik and Gropp continue to be the go to HVAC company for us.

We needed an annual inspection. I made the appointment. Travis made contact and ran through the furnace and AC unit. He found an issue with the elements not firing and fixed it. We have always had great service from Gropp.
