Evan did a great job installing two new outlets in my garage. Although it was a basic installation, it has made a huge improvement in the convenience, lighting and safety in my garage. I use Gropp all the time for the HOA that I run. This is the first time that I used them for my personal condo. Angie got me connected to the right technician and he got me all set up in a timely fashion. They arrived on time, as always. They didn't mind that my cat was trying to help them! They answered all my questions. It was a simple job for them probably, but it meant a lot to me to get it done at a reasonable price. They wired new ends into my wired fire alarm boxes and put in new ceiling mounts and put up the new alarms. I did not want to use adaptors for my new wired fire alarms. They are a great company.

Erik was on time, professional and very thorough. Instead of going with the first possible solution, he dug deeper and found the root cause…saving us a lot of money. Erik and Gropp continue to be the go to HVAC company for us.
