Gropp's service and work is of the highest quality! We were extremely pleaed with the work the did to reroute install our new ducting in the attic. The guys worked diligently to get everything installed correctly. They took their time and made sure it was done right. I highly recommend Gropp for all your heating and air needs!!

We signed up for the twice a year check of our heating and cooling systems, plus gas fireplace. It's worth it to have a professional check them, and Gropp has always done a great job. If there's a small problem at that time they can fix it, and being on this program means that if we have a breakdown we are at the top of the list for calls. This is huge during the winter if our heating system breaks down.

We just had a Gropp technician, Cole, out for a minor electrical repair. We got an appointment quickly and he took care of the problem and explained the issue. Over the years, Gropp has rewired our entire house, installed new wall heaters and outlets, and put in our EV charger. We rely on them for our electrical work.

I can't attest to the service of the technicians at Gropp Heating Air & Electric as I had an absolutely miserable time just trying to even schedule with them. I was told that I needed to speak to someone else and they would call me back and they never did. Then, when I FINALLY got through to them 3 calls later throughout the course of the morning, I was promptly informed that Gropp doesn't even perform the service I needed anyways...

Please contact us and we can gather further information about this interaction. Our front office staff knows the services we do and do not provide, so should have given you that information on your first phone call so there would have been no transferring to other employees here or several phone calls necessary. This is definitely not our normal procedure, so we would be interested to gather further information so we can rectify this situation now and in the future. Thank you.
